Hi! I’m Maddie Cook-Rasch. Yes, my maiden name is Cook, so I knew I was destined to create great-tasting foods! I found my passion for baking at a very young age. My mom and I would make creative, delicious desserts in my childhood kitchen. Those are some of my favorite memories!

I attended the GRCC & Ferris State University Hospitality & Culinary Arts program, as well as worked in various bakeries throughout my career.

In 2022, I decided it was time to follow my heart and start my own baking business!
